MEALS
I have always loved to cook. I grew up watching my mother and grandmother make homemade meals nearly every night. Once I started to experiment with different dietary theories (gluten free, vegan, dairy free, etc) I loved learning to adapt recipes to make them fit that specific theory.
After running a few group cleanse & reset detox’s I began to meal prep for myself and the group. A client in January said how much the meals were helping her stay structured throughout the week and asked if I could continue to prep after the cleanse was over. I figured, why not ? I benefited from having prepped meals ready to go, too. What started as 10-15 meals per week with just a couple of clients has turned into a community of people looking forward to these clean, colorful meals weekly.
